Pathetic DSTV service with Price Lock

Well last week Friday I decided to apply to the Price Lock deal where for R899 you get the decoder and dish and everything plus installation. It all was approved and I was informed that an installer will come through today to install the dish and decoder. Since then I have had no communication what so ever. Today I phoned DSTV only to be told that they know nothing of this and I have to get my own installer (I have not even received a dish or decoder or even a tracking number). So it seems to me that DSTV doesnt really care about declining subscriber numbers. Its cool, I am cancelling this deal
