Pathetic DSTV service
DSTV is pathetic. We had a Power outage due to the bad weather here in Cape Town over the long weekend. I asked if they could send DSTV to come and have a look because it says no signal. They want to send a private installer out and I should pay him/her out of my pocket, even if problem is fixed or not. Which I refuse to pay and they dropped the call. I am not happy at all its been 3days already
