Pathetic Dstv Pricelock service

I called Dstv last Monday, 28th June, Friday 2 July and twice today, Monday 5 July 2021 to connect me with their pricelock plan. They keep saying I should wait for a call from the people doing pricelock everyday, but they never call. My account has been disconnected today because they still haven’t connected me with the new pricelock plan. Pathetic service that you wait forever for
