Pathetic DSTV NOW app
DSTV Now streaming works fine with normal programs but anything on Catch Up freezes. Have a 200mbps line so that’s not a problem. Found lots of customers complaining about the same thing more than a year ago and still nothing is resolved. DSTV customer service takes the easy way out and tell customers to log out and back in again and it does not work. Clearly the engineers are useless and can’t find a fix for this pathetic app. Every other app works fine but DSTV is *******.

12 Mar 2023, 03:32Clearly nothing will be sorted out,this problem has been going on for over a year and the useless technicians have not sorted it. We pay exorbitant monthly subs for something that does not work properly.
