On behalf of MultiChoice, I would like to apologize for the incontinence caused.
Our records indicate that you billed twice for the period of 2019-10-25 to 2019-11-24 for DStv Compact.
Please be advised that I have reconnected your services and reversed the charges from 2019-10-25 to 2019-11-24. Kindly make a payment of R233.80 to say active until the 24\12\2019.
Regards" Ntando @ Ntando - I had to pay an amount of R426.86. and not the amout you indicated of R233.80. I am of the view that you are to refund me , as I have overpaid again.
Can you indicate when I will be refunded ?
