Pathetic DSTV

The worst service provider, they upgraded my mother’s account without her consent whereas she has a fixed arrangement where she pays monthly via debit order. The upgrade was fixed but now her PVR functions are now suspended and no one can assist, escalated the matter and no one is getting back to us. The call centre staff disconnects the call when u call in. The service is soooo pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
