Pathetic DSTV

DSTV interactive sports service is pathetic at best. Interactive, as I understand, is to either plan for future events to watch or to catch up with what happened if you were not able to watch and sport event. Tried to see what happened with the golf Presidents cup last day on Sunday 15 December 2019. All I could find is the teams and a summary on the golf course. NO results not any information in the golf section of who had won their match and what the final scores were. Inter not active is what this service should be called. It is pathetic how big companies can keep on raising their subscriptions but there service delivered is less and less. It is starting to make sense why DSTV is losing customers and I will be follow soon if serves do not improve. Trying to speak to the call centre does not help either as they have no interest in assisting and just have the attitude of we don't know and we don't care and that goes for supervisors as well. Supervisors excuse was his system does not work!
