Pathetic DSTV
Pathetic customer service , we have been trying to give them a new sale for a week now , we have had one call from someone to say they are not the right person to speak to and that they will get someone to call us in the next few minutes and that was two days ago.

16 Sept 2021, 18:20An update to my initial review. Thank you to the DSTV complaints dept. We had 2 calls today and have been connected. (the first to find out what the issue was and the second within the hour to do the connection). It is such a pity that there has to be a public complaint laid before action is taken. This should not have been necessary, with the ever increasing competition out there, service providers should be stepping up their customer service provision.
