Pathetic DStv

These DSTV multichoice is pathetic. First I pay my fee then they still go into my bank account. Then I don't pay knowing they debit from my account then they don't debit and threaten to switch off my package ok then I pay they still switch off the next day saying I owe R50 they arw pathetic and not useful. Unprofessional
