Pathetic DSTV

I have been trying to upgrade my subscription to dstv premium for the past 3 days. Each time your consultants tell them there's a technical issue via your help chat. You guys are pathetic in customer service and absolutely useless. I have made payment and I am being charged for dstv premium but I am still on my old package. Now I know why people rather get netflix. I want my account closed and I want my money paid refunded!!!! I have also had enough of dstv and your nonsense.
