PATHETIC DOSOWNING ME OF SOMETHING I PAID FOR AND IS IN MY POSSESION

Absolute rubish!!!!

I sold one of my old decoders and smartcards. When the other party tried to do do change of ownership they declined stating the decoder and smartcard is in someone elses name.

I phoned dstv and they explained because my account and decoder was i active they allocates it to som3one else. This is ***** someone elses decoder and smartcard is active with my serial numbers?

Even my account number was not the system anymore.

The call service agent stated the decoder and smartcard that i bought does not belong ro me anymore as they have asigned it to someone else.

This is a disgrace!!! I will make sure all my relatives and friends will make ter move i did long ago not to support these ****bags.
