Pathetic disgusting service

9 days no dstv with no fault of mine as dstv did an update that messed up my decoder.5 fone calls.continous bull**** it will be resolved but still nothing.i expect a full refund for all the days which i did not have dstv which is no fault of mine..disgusted at what useless staff and empty promises including speaking to a supervisor.
