Pathetic decoder quality
Pathetic! Received a new HD PVR decoder as part of a price lock less than 3 months ago. Nothing but signal problems after load shedding. When I call in, the agents advice me to get an installer (which I have to pay every time) to come and repair the problem. Now they tell me maybe I received a faulty decoder! How TF does DSTV send faulty decoders to their customers? This new decoder is causing much unhappiness at my home and if this is the kind of service that DSTV offers, then I totally understand why people want to cancel this service!

15 Dec 2022, 16:46Have not received any feedback and I have to resolve the issue myself. Gonna stop my price lock as DSTV is not supplying me a service and I pay for it every month.
