Pathetic customer support
Never in my life have I experienced such incompetency from a business. We were informed that a change of ownership would take 24 hours after submission of forms. 96 hours later after dealing with several different people and resubmitting forms several times, the change of ownership has still not been completed! I cannot fathom that a company that charges such high monthly fees can provide such utter pathetic service.Will never recommend dstv to anyone.
