Pathetic customer service no help

Dstv should not wonder Why they are losing customers their service is border line pathetic and probably they need to outsource their call center probably they will get better results I have called the call center and as usual they don't disappoint with their limited knowledge and down right poor service today I was transferred to 4 different wrong departments this is a joke when I finally got to the fiber departments I could not be assisted apparently open serve is down and the agents don't know when this will be resolved ref number 64621
