Pathetic customer service from DSTV !!!

What a horrible experience with DSTV & their manner in which they "try" to resolve client issues, i've had to go more than 2 times to their offices in order to replace my decoder & now when i call them about picking up an issue (E16) they tell me all along that my decoder was not linked to my account & they cant pick it up & i have to go back to their offices for a 3rd time. I've not experienced such pathetic services from a company before & yet in the interim I'm expected to pay for my services though i cant watch anything, honesty ridiculous customer service !!
