pathetic customer service

I am highly disgusted with dstv multichoice customer service.Last month i kept getting pested woth promotional upgrades.after much hesitation i agreeded to the upgrade only to find out I was charged the full price and each billing the amount increases.I have continuously been contacting them in the past month to have this rectified with no changes made to date.last week I had to pay the full amount as instructed by the consultant with the promise of the amount being changed and the access being credited to me as the matter will be escalated.Today once again I have contacted customer service and after a long call still no escalation. Dstv is quick to cut services and deduct money yet thier service delivery is pathetic.
