Pathetic customer service and service delivery

Was told to go to DSTV to have my decoder checked to find out it was faulty, was given a new decoder and been on the call the whole day with the call Centre trying to get it to connect to no avail.... Service at the call Centre is pathetic as I left numerous messages and haven't gotten a callback as yet.... Every time I call I have to explain my problem again.... How can such a corporate company not be professional!!!!!

This is the second day I cannot watch television.... If this problem isn't fixed, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription with DSTV....!!!!!
