Pathetic customer service

Opened a new DSTV streaming account and paid via the INSTANT EFT option. I spoke to 2 consultants which are clueless and wanting me to send proof of payment. I USED THE INSTANT EFT!!! it does not give me proof of payment. I only have the SMS confirmation. I also cannot send my statement as it does not reflect on my statement as it was paid 2 hours ago. USELESS!! i regret my decision.
