Pathetic Customer Service
This is my second review in a week. The insurance on my decoder has still not been removed. I cancelled my subscription and insurance on the 17/11/2019. with effect 01/12/2019. On the 28/11/2019, I saw the subscription charge for December 2019 fell away however the insurance charge still remained. I was told by Multichoice and this charge would fall away on the 01/12/2019. However it is now the 03/12/2019 an the charge still remains.

03 Dec 2019, 15:03Why do they need to call me!. Just cancel the insurance. the decoder is not in use it has been disconnected. There is no reason for the insurance cover. Further to this I cannot accept calls between 07:30am - 17:00pm
