Pathetic customer service.

This is a pathetic company! They don't care about customers.Their service model is the worst I have ever experienced! Maybe somebody shud look into why we are forced to use only dstv! I made a complaint last week and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back. I been told I must just wait for some to call me back. I cannot escalate and they have no complaints team!
