Pathetic customer service
I wrote a review about the service i am receiving from dstv, they called and promised to sort out the issue i spoke with karabo he said the matter will be resolved ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : ***1 but it is not resolved until today everyday I must chat to someone at multichoice to unlock my router this is unacceptable it seems like they don't know what to do
