Pathetic customer service...

<div>I have been waiting for my dstv explorer price lock decoder since date of application on 5 June 2019. It has taken 3 weeks to get the order reference of ***. Senior managers call promising feedback and nothing. Price lock department blames the couriers saying my address is an issue yet I get constant deliveries at my address. Your service is pathetic and you will definitely be losing a faithful dstv customer of over 12 years.... </div>
