Pathetic customer service

What more must a person do to get dstv financial department or anyone at dstv get back to you. Since 06 may they have been escalating my problem where the #%^$$ company has ****** my money. I was told today that my debit order has not been removed from my account where I was told on the 6th that they have removed it. Today again they are going to escalate my issue, it has been escalated so many times to no avail, I am as high as a 10 story building. What must one do to get your attention? Throw it off the roof?
