Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. I logged an complaint on 6 December to cancel my subscription and requested a refund with Nkanyiso Mhlongo. I wrote an review on Hellopeter a week later as nothing was done I was contacted by an consultant who would have phoned me back the same day..... noting happened. No refund and and I still get a reminder that my debit order will be processed at month end. WHAT MUST YOU DO TO GET AN RESPONSE???
