Pathetic customer service!!

Another pathetic customer experience from multichoice. After speaking to a technical consultant for 25 minutes, she could not assist me. What an absolute wast of my time and money!! She kept on referring me to the "Live chat" on the website. Why is she not able to help me? There is also nothing true about "Live chat". Please change to Delayed Chat. We'll dealing with Lebohang was also a waste of my time. So, can someone that is interested in customer service please contact me to resolve this issue.
