Pathetic company and service

ZERO STAR RATING. You people are the most pathetic company on earth. I've been kept on hold forever with no assistance what so ever. Your self service is a useless exercise. Your customer consultants are useless and ***********. They put the phone down in your ear and can't understand a simple request. And they have the cheek to ask for your passwords. What a flippen joke. Pathetic for the price a person pays its ridiculous. No wonder people are moving over to other providers. This is disgusting.
