Pathetic box office

Dstv box office service is pathetic, i activated the service, made a payment was told i can rent my first movie for free, which I rented but when i click watch it doesn't play. I called the call centre and was told to wait 10 minutes, funny cause i u had already waited 15 minutes, oh well i decided to give it 10 minutes, but didn't help. Called again was told to reboot which i did, called again and was told there's nothing they can do i have to wait until the following day. Wow
