Pathetic arrogant DSTV

DSTV NOW has been unstable online for at least 6 months now, and it is getting worse lately with weekly problems now. The App seemed to be better, but now even that is down. No apolgy or explanation at all. The arrogance of Dstv/ Multichoice is pathetic. So many times off line. Why do we subscribe to such a poor company. Allways complaining about being done in by someone. I have been subscribing to netflix for 3 years and NEVER ONCE HAS IT BEEN DOWN!
