Pathetic and useless service.

I have been using the explora and extra view for more 2 years. I have been paying just under R500 monthly. I requested insurance for the explora. I received a message that my insurance has been cancelled. I paid R500.00 and thought all is well. I checked my balance and was shocked that I owe R616.55 a week after paying the R500.00. I just contacted multichoice to get an explanation about this. The lady who answered tried to explain but nothing made sense. In her explanation I am paying R95 for for explora services and R95 for extra view services, over R100 for Joox subscription that I have never heard of and never accessed. I am paying R35,R29.50,R14 and R11.80 for insurance. I requested that we take the payments back from January and after more than 30 minutes of fiddling and mumbling nothing could be sorted. Let this company close down as they milking money from us.
