PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE
Was told over phone about the price lock, where you get a new explora, your old explora will be used as an extra view as I already have extra view with no added cost and the new explora becomes the primary view. Free installation. The installer wants to charge me to put the extra view. According to dstv I was told that installation will be free. I have been trying to get hold of dstv everyday to check if they have listened to the recording and every time you phone them you got to explain the same story again. No feedback from their supervisors. Pathetic service.

And it takes you'll very long to locate the recording when you'll know that you are wrong but fast to find the recording if we are wrong.
