PATHETIC AND SHOCKING SERVICE

I rented 3 movies in box office and was charged for them but the movies were not loaded for me to watch. I just got off the phone with multi choice and still no joy. Called the 1st time, held for14min, then ran out of airtime 22min later with no help. The agent only confirmed that I was charged for 3 rentals but did not receive them. That she was loading them for me but after 6 min the line went dead and still no movies. Called back, only to be met with the same fate! Not even a call back. Pathetic!!
