Pathetic and most useless service

DSTV has the most pathetic and most useless cable services. I was out of town for a month so I only paid my account on Sunday which was two days ago but till now it is not playing. I tried contact them on their WhatsApp number but it is so useless, they keep repeating the same commands. Now I understand why people don’t pay DSTV anymore. At this point I just want a refund I would rather watch Netflix and Showmax the whole time.
