Pathetic and Disgusting

I app**** for a price lock decorder in February which I then cancelled even before it was delivered. I was told that the cancellation was done. However end of Feb they debited R119.00. I called and asked what it was for was, wasn’t given a straight answer. I stopped the debit with my bank. The following month they couldn’t debit the R119.00 then the month after they debited R238.00. I called again was told the same story that it has been flagged so there won’t be any debit coming off. Today R238.00 has been debited again. I am so appalled at their pathetic service that such a big company cannot seem to get it right with their systems. I have lost count how many times I have called so you can remove my details from your system but till to this day nothing has been done. I am paying for a service that I am not using. You guys are pathetic and I won’t let this lying down. Busy milking our accounts for your useless and non informative shows. You are disgusting!!!!
