PATHETIC ALL THE WAY-DSTV DISGUST ME

So i placed a complaint on the 27th of September,it's almost the 27th of October and still nothing from Dstv regarding their terrible services!!!!It was escalated again and still no response....Is there anybody working for Dstv??? why is there nothing being done here,PRICE LOCK,explain that to me as we have never paid the PRICE LOCK price since the decoder was installed,AND IT HAS BEEN 4MONTHS NOW!!!!why does Dstv over charge people,with no communication,they just decide every month we charging this client double what they initially have to pay and they see nothing wrong with what they doing!!!!!
