Pathetic agents

If I could rate this consultant any lower I would give him a -100/10 worst customer experience. Raised his voice at me. Kept me on the phone for 32 minutes only to tell me he couldn't assist. He also refused to furnish me with copy of this recording. Refused to transfer me to someone else. Refused me a manager.
