Pathetic
I have never ever come across a more useless "service" (term very loosely used) provider. NO one can do anything, once you in their system, forget it. You never get to speak to someone in charge (they hide away). Incapable, useless and not worth the stress. I have cancelled DSTV and am so glad PLEASE can we get another service provider
