Pathetic

On the 23 January 2020 i phoned dstv to downgrade my package to the dstv compact package. As of February i was on the compact package but they deducted the full premium package end of January! I went to dstv and they said they will refund me the R410.00 within 7days. After the 7days nothing was paid. I went again to dstv last week and spoke to sinazo. She went to her manager Navin at the back and she told me he will investigate and phone me later. He never phoned since last week. Today 12.02.2020 i went AGAIN to the port Elizabeth branch again to sinazo she said hes out and thats it! What now
