Pathetic

<p>This institution has this time around, outdone itself, I was charged R1 151.99 on the 27/06/2016. Up until now, I’m still waiting for an explanation from them to explain as to why I was charged so much. Unfortunately me, when I went to pay for September, I was once again charged R950.00. To my surprise, on the 5th of October, I received an SMS from DSTV stating that my debit order was returned by the bank. Since when was I ever paying my account via debit order or are you guys hell bend to rob me my hard earned cash. You don’t even have the decency to call and explain as to what is happening. </p>
