Pathetic!!!

I took thev24 month pricelock and in the middle of the month the connection was cut off becasue the installer was suppose to tell me about paying cash upfront , I paid after the connection was cut. No I just recieved a notification saying that dstv will be debiting R1124 on the 1st of October. I need to know what is this money for becasue I paid for September. The woman who took my call just dumped the phone on my ear after she asked a few questions to verify my account. I want someone to attend to this, the service is pathetic !!!
