Pathetic

I called into your call centre and was on the call for 34 minutes. I spoke to Malibongo and then I asked to speak to her team leader Sébastien, he tells me that they do not communicate on Facebook I told him I have communicated with them last year. I informed him no one told me about any outstanding amounts and my account suppose to be cancelled on the 01.06.2020. He could not give me proper feedback I am asked to speak to his manager and he said okay but to my surprise he let's his agent Malibongo speak to me. I asked her several times to put me through to the floor manager and she says she will get him to give me a call his name is Kelvin Govender and my reference is ***0-i177 this is absolutely ridiculous and I am going onto other social media sites to let the people know about how useless DSTV is and the type of service they provide !!!
