Pathetic

My parents always pay R410 for their DStv and extra view. It was cheaper in previous years but for the past year we have been paying R410. We always pay the 3rd of each month but on the 2nd our DStv was disconnected already. We got an sms to pay over R600 rand. When I called in I was told that it was for extra view, we have had extra view for the past 6 years but I was told that no extra view was picked up until now. Nobody can explain what happened and nobody and also tell me where all the extra cost are coming from they also will not investigate the matter and rather loose a customer. I am so done with dstv
