Its pathetic that you don't care how the dstv gets paid every month as long as you get your payment and if you don't you cut off the DSTV without notice. I called in today to have the DSTV package down grated and was told I cannot down grade the package my husband has to if he is not able to call then what then? I need this package down graded ASAP. to the R29 package we will not be home for the next 3 months and don't see any reason to pay for something we not going to use. you get your payment every months so what the issue with the down grade? one would swear I want to draw money out of his account
