PATHETIC
Received a phonecall on Friday regarding previous complaint. Was told you would phone back in an hour!! It is now Tuesdat and I am still waiting on your call back. You are pathetic to say the least!! You don't communicate with clients and just brush everything under the carpet. Not acceptable!!!! If it isnt to much of an issue and problem, may I PLEASE HAVE FEEDBAC****!!
