Pathectic as they come DSTV!

Pity that my kids love cartoons, however i found a solution Netflix. I am not happy with how you treat customer you quick to collect your monies and nothing else matter which is the good given truth. I have PVR decoder and billing is completely out of sync and pay irrespective but gusess what no more. I upgraded my package to get the PVR function back which wow the package is billed and upgraded but no PVR. i tried your stupid 060 number for some robot to respond which does not respond properly i asked the same question 3 differnt ways and it did not know how to respond. I asked for the PVR to be reconnected why is this such a mission. This is by far pathetic and only spurs me on to take that explora and through it in the trash as it will not help anyone even if i give it away. DSTV your service sucks royally. My account number if want to check is ***0 and by the way if you can't provide world class service rather be quiet and yes also process my refund so i can better use it on Netflix!!!!!!
