passing the bug
I have a decoder that is burned due to load shedding and the decoder is physical damaged long time ago and we never reported it to them as we saw no need to report the damage while it was working,then on Wednesday we had electricity cut and when the lights were on the decoder burned on the insurance does not want to even look at the query ,they only concentrating on the damage ,I have been paying the insurance since 2008
