Palesa the cashier, who helped me told me the decoder which I brought in wasn't working while's it is working she said DSTV is doing away with the decoder which are using the card's. She advised me to buy another one. We paid R780. 00 she said it includes transferring of the information from the one which I brought in to be checked which she said it was not working. When I got home it still showed the same error message which showed with the old one which she said it wasn't working. Why would Palesa lie that our decoder wasn't working. When I phoned the technicians from DSTV it was detected that I have two decoder both are working. I was advised to phone accredited installer to check satellite dish. Currently we are paying for the DSTV which we can't watch since we need to pay again for the accredited installer. That was bad service and she **** as the are still display of the same decoder I brought in which she said it wasn't working while's working.
