Paid up letter request
I have been sending emails to you and calling your call centre requesting for a simple paid up letter with no success, all that I am getting is if I need to reconnect my services i should pay this and that. I am not interested in that as yet I need a paid up letter so that I can update my records with ITC cause I am aware of how much the subscription and reconnection fee is, but for now I need a paid up letter.
