paid up account
good day
i have a paid up my account with dstv in june 2021 and up today its still refelecting each month on my credit record as unpaid each month its listed i would like this to be corrected and i have called mailed them previously and nothing has been don as this is affect my credit in a negative way as i dont owe them anything.

30 Sept 2021, 14:16im not paying a cent more and i will cer*****y not be leaving this matter like this.
i have asked your consultant on that specific day if that is the final amount and i they said yes. that's why the R845.81 was paid in June as to your consultants that was the only amount outstanding, you want to hold me liable for your accounts department not debiting my account for a whole year and i have called and emailed numerous times to correct this from your side.
