PAID ON TIME, BUT NO CONNECTION AND A RECONNECTION FEE CHARGED?

I paid, as I do every month on the 25th. This month the 25th was on a Saturday, but I did make the payment. No DSTV disconnected my service this morning, (Monday). I emailed them the proof of payment and also phoned them - as I received an sms demanding payment AND a reconnection fee. Still nothing after 3 hours? I now remember why I disconnected DSTV in the first place a couple of months ago.......
